For an upcoming film Gimme Shelter, Vanessa Hudgens recently chopped off her long, brunette hair. In this upcoming film, Vanessa plays a pregnant, homeless teen who doesn’t care about her looks. But in real life…Vanessa does!
She explains how the transition to pixie happened, “In the beginning my character cuts her hair and we were cutting it and it didn’t look like I was cutting it myself, so I grabbed the scissors and started cutting my actual hair.”
This was quite devastating to Vanessa who later claims “I miss it….My sister is, like, my best friend and she naturally has, like, the longest hair, so whenever I’m around her I’m giving her the evil eye.”

Vanessa would be a great candidate for hair extensions to fix the short pixie cut she never intended to have. Hair extensions do not have to be super long, in fact, they can be shoulder length or even shorter depending on how long the natural hair is. Because her hair is so short, shoulder length would be the most realistic length for hair extensions on Vanessa.
